A Spiritual Rebel and an Infinite Mind

Aside from the obvious place you might guess I like to spend much of my time, immersed in Nature, is in a book.  Books stimulate, entertain, educate and inspire.  Perhaps most importantly, books have the potential to liberate the mind.  I love libraries and bookstores, so many books, so little time.  A friend of mine, Nuri, recently contacted me to share his long-anticipated book called “Infinite Mind: A Scientific and Spiritual Exploration: Building a Bridge Between Inner and Outer Worlds”.  I first met Nuri at a local monthly Spiritual gathering in Northfield, MN Awakening to Oneness hosted by a dear friend of mine Larry Vorwerk.  The earth will continue to evolve with or without us!  Our continued existence as a human species on this planet depends upon on our scientific and spiritual self coexisting in balance and harmony with Nature.  His book “Infinite Mind” is an example of the courage it takes for us as individuals to be the voice for Nature, to take action for future generations to emulate and BE the change we wish to experience in the world.  Thank you, Nuri.  Another book that caught my attention during my latest visit to the library is called, “Spiritual Rebel” by Sarah Bowen.  She has a lighthearted entertaining way of introducing the possibility for us to explore our unique individual sacredness, the inner world.  She immediately addresses a challenge many face when embarking on a journey within, myself included, the “G” word, God.  She helps us understand that words are just pointers leading us in a direction in which to follow, or not.  Words are powerful.  Words have equal power to create as well as to destroy.  As I often like to remind you, be careful what you wish for, you might just get it! x>
